SignatureCraft provides an online platform for creating, managing, and deploying professional email signatures. Our services include:

• Email signature creation and customization tools
• Template library with pre-designed signatures
• Team management and bulk deployment features
• Analytics and tracking capabilities
• Integration with email clients and services

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Subscription and Payments

SignatureCraft offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Basic features with limited signatures and templates
• Pro Plan: $7/month - Unlimited signatures and premium features
• Team Plan: $29/month + $3/user - Team management and deployment
• Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organizations

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Create signatures containing illegal, defamatory, or obscene content

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by SignatureCraft and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Templates: Templates provided by SignatureCraft are licensed for your use within the Service. You may not redistribute or sell templates independently.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Data and Analytics

SignatureCraft provides analytics features that may track signature views and link clicks. By using these features, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable privacy laws regarding tracking
• Inform recipients when signatures contain tracking pixels
• Use collected data responsibly and legally

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNATURECRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignatureCraft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination where technically feasible.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
